Rules

Our RÉSIdence should be your second home. We have put a lot of effort into setting it up and hope you find everything you need. Please handle the entire premium furnishings and inventory carefully and treat our property with care.

  • Smoking is not allowed in the RÉSIdence. On the balconies you find ashtrays for smoking.
  • Nobody deliberately damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be glad, if you inform us of the damage and we will determine this, not only after your departure at the final cleaning. The renter is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement cost.
  • Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
  • Bringing pets is not allowed.
  • Please don't organise parties in our apartment.
  • check-in is from 03.00pm
  • check-out until 10.30am
